Greetings, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and founder of Consulting by Cappy LLC. I have an extensive healthcare background working in various capacities of private practice, government agency, hospital or acute care, skilled nursing facility, long-term care, clinic, residential, and home settings. My experiences and services include consultations, psychotherapy, care transitions, and independent contracting with agencies, adolescents, adults, couples, and families throughout Indiana. I have an eclectic practice style, focused on applying a variety of evidence-based practice approaches of strengths-based, solution focused, and person in environment theories.
